First Discovered in 2016, the Metallic looking Gloves with the NASA insignia (apparent) was the first big clue. Then came a better look at the antique television, and my biased jump to the speculation that the distinct shape of South West Africa and its coast covered in something dense on radar in swirls, or a vortex shapes, twins, was water. Later, in 2019-2020, I have to admit this is probably a RADIATION report. And, a worldwide report/broadcast, indicating its audience may be off-world or of the whole planet, which is also very telling and curious.
