Spacetime is not a human perception. It is a natural force here on Earth and it varies greatly across the huge expanse of the cosmos. It will be a barrier that prevents us from both communication and travel across space. Like all barriers of nature that prevent us from moving forward it will be surpassed by humanity. I find it reasonable that at this time in our technological and scientific growth we may soon have evidence of such a breach of this force of nature.
Time travel will be aggressively sought after in the coming few decades.

Unfortunately for the experimenters of the first breach of spacetime, there will be only a small pool of targets in a time apart from them to attempt to reach in order to validate their progress. That time will be the past. Because the past is both documented and now as a relative comparison as information being inextricably tied to the measurement of spacetime to information; Wide.
The past is wide and the window is only open as high enough to get through as the information that remains documented of the target’s environment that can be used by us as related objects to be recognized by the target. There will need to be several with several contingencies for recognition and as important documentation to the internet. That informational window becomes the method of quantum connection to the other timeline. It closes as new information is developed by people and all environmental changes brought about by them then occur in difference to the original timeline that this newly acquired template of very similar information commits to divergence, or apartness from as an information proximity grows in spacetime difference.
Those objects must include all of those that existed in the target’s environment on our around the time of the Time Target for the breach. If someone’s spacetime location is well documented on the internet at the Time Target, that person may be a good target.
The Team in timeline A:
“Unfortunately the large body of those in the scientific community at that time, they were under the employment of or too closely related to a governmental body. We cannot risk using that pool of scientists. There are just too many relationships to governments at the Time Target.
The chances that they will want to use the connection for dominance with power are too high. They are surrounded by information gatherers of the time, many are governmental. An individual must be found. That person’s space time location must be documented. He or she will need a list of qualities. He or she will be very unique in their timeline when we are finished with the first few stages.”
We need to physically move at least a few memories of the original to the mind of the target. Those memories he’ll have to share with the original so that he can see the differences our intervention will create immediately after the breach of spacetime at Time Target.
